Your best bet is to calibrate the VNA at the coax connectors (with test
port cables). Do your measurements, and do the coax/WG conversion
calculations using some other software.
The NanoVNAs are sort of "coax 50 ohm" devices - that's what you get for
a $100 instrument.

both of these assume that the software supports entry of the WG Cal kit
parameters. The NanoVNA does not, I can't speak to NanoVNA2.
