As of 2023 there are many badly performing clones on the market. V2/3GHz NanoVNA uses parts like ADF4350 and AD8342 which are costly and clones have been cutting costs by using salvaged or reject parts.
See official store and look for V2 Plus4/V2 Plus4 Pro versions only to avoid getting a bad clone. We have stopped selling V2.2 versions since October 2020, so all V2 hardware that are not Plus or Plus4 are not made by us and we can not guarantee performance.
Hi guys hope this subject hasn’t been broached previously,as above I’m having windows 11 virtual com port problems in device manager,though it does say virtual Serial Port Device 00 with a Yellow triangle and exclamation ⚠️ with VNA VIEW vna-qt software,also same result is same with NanoVNA saver,so basically I can’t connect my device which ever software I use ,help with this I would be most appreciate,many thanks 2E0DTB 73

My Win 11 24H2 Build 26100:3476. is an upgrade from Win 10 that had
NanoVNA4 V2 Plus4 working with both Windows applications.
IIRC I did not (need to) install any specific `driver` for the NanoVNA on
first deployment (a year or 3 ago).
Following your posting, this is the first time I've attached the VNA to
this box since the U/G to Win 11 (I tend to use a Linux L/Top for this sort
of work.)
The VNA comes up on COM6 in Device Manager
