Hi V2 Plus 4 users.  Took my device out of the drawer yesterday and said it is time to do a full cal.,been a year since I last used
it.  Tried to do a screen cal. and was able to do the top Left touch but when I lifted the probe the screen went back to operation
mode.  Now each time I select Config and use either the button push or touching the screen with the probe the screen it return to
the operation mode. Even when I try the Back button the same thing happens.  Tried everything but the same results each time.
As a last resort and I hope the touch screen has not gone bad, I removed the screen and later today I'm going to reflow each pin
for the flat ribbon cable and make sure it is not a bad connection.  Has anyone had a failure like this one ?  I hate to purchase a
new one but I really enjoy using it around the shack.

The device is operational using the QT program and the computer but none of the items you need from the menu screen is the
problem.

Is there a TRICK way to do a complete factory reset without doing a reset using the menu ?

Well a reflow on the ribbon connections and the connector solved the problem, all is OK. They all looked good
with a 10x glass but the visual inspection was not enough.
