Beware of cheap underperforming clones

As of 2022 there are many badly performing clones on the market. V2/3GHz NanoVNA uses parts like ADF4350 and AD8342 which are costly and clones have been cutting costs by using salvaged or reject parts.

See official store and look for V2 Plus4/V2 Plus4 Pro versions only to avoid getting a bad clone. We have stopped selling V2.2 versions since October 2020, so all V2 hardware that are not Plus or Plus4 are not made by us and we can not guarantee performance.

It's just a temporary lull in posts I think.

If you're referring to the 4" NanoVNA V2 Plus4, I received mine the other day, all seems fine so far, am just learning to use it at the moment.
It's the first type of VNA I've bought and used, so I can't compare it to others.
It's presently out of stock: https://www.tindie.com/products/hcxqsgroup/4-nanovna-v2-plus4/

Thanks guys , it seemed like a week or so , but then I got the notice to this thread ;)
I did find a link to the new one , but wasn't sure if it was what was spose to be the most current and wanted check , got on the mailing list .
I have had a bunch of testers MFJ 259 / 269 , TimeWave TZ900 , MiniVNA Pro , Sark 110 .
Kept the MFJ-269 , MiniVNA Pro , sold the others , maybe should have kept the TZ900 , the MiniVNA Pro is problematic - right now it's locked can not calibrate & it will not operate without new cal. , kind of a loop .

Thanks
