FIXED!!!😁😁😁😁😁😁
What was the problem and how did it get fixed???
This **was** a Windows 10 machine which got ported to a Windows 11.
As a Windows 10 machine, it had the official Cypress driver installed and
everything worked just fine.
When it was ported to Windows 11, the driver (which doesn't work under
Windows 11) was ported with it.
A friend of mine heard of my issues and removed every vestige of the driver
and all its tendrils from the computer and now it works flawlessly.
I am a happy camper. 😃
