As of 2022 there are many badly performing clones on the market. V2/3GHz NanoVNA uses parts like ADF4350 and AD8342 which are costly and clones have been cutting costs by using salvaged or reject parts.
See official store and look for V2 Plus4/V2 Plus4 Pro versions only to avoid getting a bad clone. We have stopped selling V2.2 versions since October 2020, so all V2 hardware that are not Plus or Plus4 are not made by us and we can not guarantee performance.

I had to dissassemble it and bend everything back to normal. I really
would recommend to use better packaging!!
Fortunately everything seems to work, so I'm happy after all.

Well, for the price you can't complain, after all its not am Agilent or Rohde.
FWIW: Got mine a couple of days ago from Tindie. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Arrived with broken display due to transport shock
Bought it from Aliexpress...
Make sure you contact seller for a replacement if display is broken.
So far there has only been shipping damage with aliexpress logistics,
the tindie side had zero issues, even though they are the same
packaging. And only this batch, in the past we never had any shipping
damage on either side. From the damage photos I've seen, no amount of
packing would have helped. As a precautionary measure we will stop using
aliexpress logistics which means no more included battery unfortunately.
