Beware of cheap underperforming clones

As of 2022 there are many badly performing clones on the market. V2/3GHz NanoVNA uses parts like ADF4350 and AD8342 which are costly and clones have been cutting costs by using salvaged or reject parts.

See official store and look for V2 Plus4/V2 Plus4 Pro versions only to avoid getting a bad clone. We have stopped selling V2.2 versions since October 2020, so all V2 hardware that are not Plus or Plus4 are not made by us and we can not guarantee performance.

Plugged in it just jumps all over the place. Tried different plugs, no luck.. Absolutely over this rubbish. My unit is obviously faulty and I'll just get it replaced.

It looks to me like it can’t decide on the sizing. Try resizing the window and see if it changes behavior.

I did see this in a youtube video.   Can't tell you which one,    but it was not faulty,  They changed a setting ( wasn't paying attention which one )and the flickering was gone. To show that was a setting, they changed it back and the flickering returned.

Have a look at this video ( https://youtu.be/yc00Cl8_c-w?t=412 ) to find your solution. Please let us know if we could help you out.

Btw: If you just asked for assistance instead of complaining and discrediting the developers, you might have given a more pleasant picture of one or the other.
