Beware of cheap underperforming clones

As of 2022 there are many badly performing clones on the market. V2/3GHz NanoVNA uses parts like ADF4350 and AD8342 which are costly and clones have been cutting costs by using salvaged or reject parts.

See official store and look for V2 Plus4/V2 Plus4 Pro versions only to avoid getting a bad clone. We have stopped selling V2.2 versions since October 2020, so all V2 hardware that are not Plus or Plus4 are not made by us and we can not guarantee performance.

PHANTOM SFTWR?

Good day to all,

This is my first call for guidance & wisdom, so think of me as a virgin grouper/ie. Also, this is my 1st full-day as a NANOVNA 2_2 owner.

I just watched a YouTube video, on a piece of softwr called NanoVNA 2 +4. The coder presented the video, without ever indentifying himself. GOOGLEing the name took me to nanorfe.com › nanovna-v2 ( https://nanorfe.com/nanovna-v2.html )

The software packages proffered, there, were Nano-QT and Nano Saver.

2+4 obviously exists. From where can I snag a copy?

NanoVNA-V2 2_2 (SAA-2, SAA-2N - what You have?) is NOT NanoVNA-V2Plus4 - it is other hardware!

Please see CONFIG--->VERSION
What a firmware version have You?

Please NOT use  a firmware for V2Plus4!!! It works not!
Last official software version for V2_2 is from 20201013.
