Good day
I have not used my original V2Plus4 device for a while and updated to the lastest firmware.
It now does not calibrate correctly, does not remember the calibration and above about 140MHz, it displays only noise - even if the Port 1 is terminated with 50 Ohm
Please see the photos attached for the screens
Any ideas please - it is the V2Plus4 version before the display change
Beware of cheap underperforming clones
As of 2023 there are many badly performing clones on the market. V2/3GHz NanoVNA uses parts like ADF4350 and AD8342 which are costly and clones have been cutting costs by using salvaged or reject parts.
See official store and look for V2 Plus4/V2 Plus4 Pro versions only to avoid getting a bad clone. We have stopped selling V2.2 versions since October 2020, so all V2 hardware that are not Plus or Plus4 are not made by us and we can not guarantee performance.

Hi, please use "Contact Seller" on the website you ordered from for warranty service. Thanks
Thanks David, but that was the first thing I did.
Also removed the battery for a few minutes to ensure any RAM settings are deleted.
The unit reacts this way running of the USB port or the internal battery
Have you tried loading the firmware again?
How about loading an older version of the firmware?
I have not experienced this condition, merely thinking of things I would try.
