Beware of cheap underperforming clones

As of 2022 there are many badly performing clones on the market. V2/3GHz NanoVNA uses parts like ADF4350 and AD8342 which are costly and clones have been cutting costs by using salvaged or reject parts.

See official store and look for V2 Plus4/V2 Plus4 Pro versions only to avoid getting a bad clone. We have stopped selling V2.2 versions since October 2020, so all V2 hardware that are not Plus or Plus4 are not made by us and we can not guarantee performance.

NanoVNA H4 ver.4.3 with Saver ver 0.5.3

Meantime I got a more serious problem with my nanoVNA H4 v4.3 that has software ver. 1.2.14.
When I use NanoSaver v.0.5.3 for convinience, the app. freezes VNA system - the blue system LED stops blinking, it steady lights and Saver responds that cannot find COM4 (H4) on my PC.
By resetting the power to VNA it works again but Saver app somehow freezes the VNA. It happens on an  intermittent base.
I read Saver v.0.5.3 is not yet fixed from described problem and previous versions have the same issue.
Is there any fix to the problem ?

In addition, I tried to use another app - *Nano VNA - Sharp* - no system freeze problem occurs. So, the culprit is with *NanoSave ver.0.5.3*

I could not find a group that specifically discusses the H4 with PC apps like Saver, Sharp etc. Could you assist me with that ?
